Experienced executive in corporate management and development, she contributes to ESMIA’s strategic initiatives in the global energy market, with a focus on creating value for clients.

As a Strategic Advisor to ESMIA, she provides guidance on strategic positioning, growth opportunities, and partnership development, supporting the identification and structuring of innovative opportunities. Her experience at the intersection of business development and long-term strategic planning helps strengthen ESMIA’s ability to support governments, utilities, and private-sector leaders as they navigate the challenges and opportunities associated with energy security and the global energy transition.

Alexandra has over 20 years of corporate experience in finance, controlling, commercial business development, and project management in various industries, most notably in manufacturing and management of large-scale hydroelectric infrastructure projects across North America. She has led high-stakes negotiations, overseen complex risk and opportunity portfolios, and steered the execution of long-term capital investment projects, building a strong foundation at the intersection of strategy, finance, and operations.

She is also actively engaged in industry associations, advisory groups, and various board roles that support and foster innovation, sustainability, and economic growth.

Alexandra holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from American University and Université Paris Dauphine, and an executive master’s degree in business administration from McGill University and HEC Montréal.
