The expert team will support the review, update and consolidation of the GHG baseline scenarios, the GHG mitigation scenarios, and the marginal abatement cost curves. The team propose to offer a user-friendly integrated simulation modelling framework based on LEAP (Long-Range Energy Alternatives Planning System) for this purpose.
